Our own Jimmy Champane got the chance to chat with both Wingard and Barrett for an in-depth interview that you can watch below. The interview starts off with Wingard and Barrett laughing about how we originally broke the scoop back in April of 2015 and that they were worried their secret was out. However, the utter disbelief that permeated through the community gave them that confidentiality they were worried was lost.

Blair Witch haunts theaters on September 16th.

The video was directed and edited by Matt Sampere with Diandra Lazor.
