Without getting into any big discussion over the pros and cons of Rob Zombie’s Halloween, I will say this – H2 definitely looks to improve one area I thought was lacking in his first film, which is Halloween atmosphere. The young Michael stuff with Daeg had it, but the present day stuff… not so much. Could have been any fall night. That doesn’t seem to be the case here, as the Black Bunny blog has posted a bunch of photos from the set of Rob’s sequel, and the photos are simply drenched in Halloween traditions and festivities. Also I want that giant pumpkin for my yard. I also want a yard to put it in.
