After two years of controversy and fan outcry, the awful idea that was the Diablo III auction house will officially be no more. The feature was effectively shuttered back in March, but come Tuesday, it will be removed completely from the game. This means if you have any epic loot you’d like to save from the hungry maws of the virtual abyss, you’ll want to grab them from the “completed” tab from the in-game menu.
It’s about time. Now we’re all free to enjoy what’s been an otherwise incredible game.
