Doom
After keeping us waiting, id Software (sort of) revealed the next Doom. Lucky QuakeCon attendees were treated to a more in-depth reveal of the game, while the rest of us will have to wait for some unspecified amount of time before they’re ready to show it off again.
From what little we know of it so far, this Doom will be a reboot that brings together the series’ unapologetically 90s style into the present day, along with the last decade’s worth of evolution the shooter genre has seen since Doom 3 released over a decade ago.
