Dead Rising 3
For years I’ve tried, and failed, to get into the Dead Rising series. Its weird quirks and a few questionable design choices always kept me from really being able to embrace its appealing wackiness, that is, until Dead Rising 3 came and changed all that. It’s still an incredibly flawed game with an alarmingly inconsistent tone, but it was also different enough from the first two games that I was able to forgive them this time around.
Dead Rising 3 is a fun game. It’s funny, addictive, and there’s nothing quite as satisfying as having literally thousands of zombies on-screen, their soft heads ready for a good bludgeoning. Just don’t bother with its DLC.
