Using a bit of real estate magic that’s entirely incomprehensible to me, quirky real estate blog Movoto has determined the price of the mansion from The Rocky Horror Picture Show, which they’ve valued at a cool $224,224. Honestly, I would’ve expected it to be worth more, but then again I know more about the Canadian loonie than I do about real estate, so I won’t be arguing with it.
