Trick or Treat Studios Previews Nostalgic New ‘Micro Maniacs’ Toy Line
Inspired by the Polly Pocket and Mighty Max toy lines you might remember from your childhood, Trick or Treat Studios has announced their brand new Micro Maniacs toy line!
The first look at the upcoming line was shown off by Toy Collectr magazine this afternoon, giving us a sneak peek at a Micro Maniacs toy based on John Carpenter’s Halloween.
A jack-o’lantern opens up to reveal the iconic Myers house inside, with mini figures of Laurie Strode and Michael Myers included with the set. Michael hides behind a shrub while Laurie clutches a pumpkin in her hands, and the film’s classic Station Wagon is even featured.
Expect the reveal of more Micro Maniacs toys in the coming months!

The official social media accounts for Scary Movie had recently teased a bong-shaped popcorn bucket, but unfortunately it seems that was just a gag. The actual official Scary Movie popcorn bucket has been revealed by Discussing Film this afternoon, and it’s a bit more practical.
The actual Scary Movie popcorn bucket you’ll be able to get in theaters is shaped like an old school phone, as seen in Wes Craven’s Scream as well as the original Scary Movie in 2000.
The Scary Movie Phone Popcorn Bucket glows in the dark, and it’s emblazoned with “WAZZUP!” on the side, a reference to a memorable moment from the 2000 movie.
A phone number has been set up as part of the movie’s marketing campaign this week, allowing you to call Marlon Wayans’ Shorty for a fun spoof of the retro Moviefone experience.
