Screambox‘s interview show hosted by Ted Raimi, which we first told you about back in October, now has a title: “Your Dearest Darkest Friend with Your Host Ted Raimi.”
“It’s an interview show coming out in October and we’re about ready to shoot it,” the horror icon tells Forbes. “It’s a wacky show — somewhere between ‘Alfred Hitchcock Presents’ and ‘Pee-wee’s Playhouse.’”
In the half-hour series, Raimi — AKA the Mixologist of Macabre — will interview various horror luminaries while they imbibe in his expertly crafted drinks.
“Your Dearest Darkest Friend” is slated to begin production in the spring for an October premiere on the Bloody Disgusting-powered streamer.

Raimi recently reunited with longtime friend and frequent collaborator Bruce Campbell on Ernie & Emma, a heartfelt comedy written, directed, produced, and starring Campbell.
