Fresh off a heroic role in The Toxic Avenger and a villainous turn in “Dexter: Resurrection,” Peter Dinklage has been cast in “Alien: Earth” Season 2, Deadline reports.

Plot and character details have yet to be revealed, but Dinklage is said to be a series regular.

While the first season filmed in Thailand, “Alien: Earth” Season 2 is shooting at London’s historic Pinewood Studios — home of the original Alien as well as Aliens, Alien 3, and Prometheus.

“I’m grateful to continue exploring the world of ‘Alien: Earth’ alongside our partners, cast, and crew as we begin the next chapter,” creator Noah Hawley (“Fargo,” “Legion”) commented when the series was renewed in November.

Named one of Bloody Disgusting’s 10 Best Horror Television Series of 2025, “Alien: Earth” premiered on FX last August to strong viewership and critical response.

When a mysterious space vessel crash-lands on Earth, a young woman and a ragtag group of tactical soldiers make a fateful discovery that puts them face-to-face with the planet’s greatest threat.
