To boost its profile to rival Valve’s Steam service (and to hype up the upcoming sequel next year), Epic Games have made Team Meat’s Super Meat Boy available to download for free on the Epic Games Store.
Available from now until January 10th, you can grab Super Meat Boy from the Epic Games Store. All you have to do is make an account with Epic Games, and add the game to your account. Boom, you have one of the most frustrating yet enjoyable action platformers in recent years.
The sequel, Super Meat Boy Forever, is due out on the Epic Games service in 2019. Another Epic Games Store exclusive, Supergiant Games’ Hades (which we previewed here), is out now in early access for $19.99 USD.
You can also look out for the remaining episodes of the final season of The Walking Dead: The Telltale Series, as well as MadDog Game’s World War Z.
