Gory Horror Adventure Sequel ‘House 2’ Launches August 28 on Steam [Trailer]

While we’re still waiting on The Bagman, publisher Glowstick Entertainment has another title that you’ll be able to play very soon in Bark Bark Games’ sequel to the horror adventure game House in House 2, which will launch August 28th on Steam. Console gamers won’t be left out, as House 2 will be launching on September 26th.

Currently, you can get a taste of the horrors you’ll face in the demo on Steam that’s available now.

Picking up from the 2020 original, as a terrible storm rages on, Tabby finds herself once again trapped in a never-ending nightmare. The nightmares are coming from within the walls, and Tabby must survive every monstrous entity thrown at her and break the curse that threatens her family. One more: you must race against the clock to try and escape a deadly time-loop of this evil house.

The sequel sees a departure from the original game’s retro pixel graphics in favour of a hand-drawn storybook art style. As before, you’re stuck in a living, breathing cursed construct of a house, and what you decide to do (or not to do) will be met with a reaction. Ultimately, what you decide will have an impact on how well or how badly things will end for Tabby.

And if things are getting too hectic, you can always take a break from being haunted and hunted, and jump on the BarkStation to play PS1-inspired minigames, such as “Kimiko’s Curse 2”.
