Overture Films announced today that the Stewart Hendler directed Sorority Row will now hit theaters on September 11, three weeks earlier than originally slated. The date was once held by Daybreakers, which Lionsgate shifted to January. In other news briefs, the MPAA rated New Line Cinema’s The Final Designation “R” for “strong violent/gruesome accidents, language and a scene of sexuality.” The fourth installment will hit theaters in 3-D and will go head-to-head with Dimension’s Halloween II on August 28. Lastly, check out the second clip from Filmax’s Paintball beyond the break.
