Another remake is in the works, this time another Alfred Hitchcock classic. Latino Review is reporting that Will Smith will be producing and starring in Suspicion, a redo of the 1941 film that follows a shy young English woman who marries a charming gentleman, then begins to suspect him of trying to kill her. He will play the Cary Grant role. RKO owns the rights. This could make a fun little thriller, and it’ll be interesting to see if Smith still has that $70m opening weekend star power.
