[FEAR Awards] The Games We Want But Haven’t Seen!

At first glance, this category might sound similar to our Most Anticipated of 2014, and on the surface, it is. The only difference is while we’re all (almost) positive that the nominees in this category are on the way, we haven’t actually seen or heard anything from them yet. The excitement is almost entirely unfounded, but that doesn’t keep many of us from foaming at the mouth for any hint of a confirmation regarding their existence.

If you like getting excited for games that are almost definitely still a long ways off, read on to submit your vote for the game you most want to see!

Greatest Gore | Best Arsenal | Best Visuals | Best Zombies | Most Original
Best DLC | Best Multiplayer | Best Indie | Best Slender Game | Scariest Game
Most Disappointing | Best New IP | Most Anticipated | Where Is It? | Horror Game of the Year

That would be doom 4 for me, and next SH too.

  • Slasher716

Doom 4 for me as well, why? Simply because the Doom games are the only franchise out of these games which have yet to let me down (then again there are only four right?) Still…

    Insane was confirmed cancelled.

I feel like Resident Evil is getting replaced by The Evil Within. Although a new Resident Evil is likely to come out (due to huge commercial success of the last) I wouldn’t waste hope on the Resident Evil series any longer.

Silent Hill? Hmmmmm, I still like Silent Hill but I fell like it’s lost it’s identity, the games have remained great (unlike Resident Evil) but I feel like it’s lost it’s place and is running around like a rabbid rat who lost it’s cheese and sense of smell/direction.

Never cared much for Left For Dead series and honestly couldn’t care less for a new one.

    That is all 🙂

inSANE actually hasn’t been officially cancelled. We haven’t heard from it in over a year, but in Nov ’12 Del Toro announced he had found a new developer to work on the game. There’s still hope!

I should mention that another reason I picked Doom 4 is because it will feature the new idTech6 engine. I love that fact, it’s been confirmed and Doom never seizes to blow me away when it showcases the new engine.

Silent Hill 9 for me, especially if Kojima is involved. Really wanna see Doom 4 and Insane too.
