[FEAR Awards] The Best Indie Horror Game Of 2013!

FEAR

It’s no secret that 2013 was a fantastic year to be an indie developer. Steam Greenlight, Kickstarter, Indiegogo, and the very indie-friendly Ouya console, among others, all helped make it easier than ever to make a game and find an audience for it. These new resources also raised the quality of games we saw last year, resulting in an array of incredible indie horror games that can stand up to projects from established developers.

Read on to vote in my favorite category, the best in indie horror.

I can’t wait for results. I hope people really vote. But not to many who have played all these games.

I know from watching reviews and playing most of them, and beating some of them, that they are all good. But I have to give it up for Slender….I love it!

Can be omly one king in this category- Outlast!!!

I voted Amnesia: A Machine For Pigs.

Outlast is a close second for me.

My oppinion? Amnesia and Outlast are the only ones that deserve to win this catagory and yes I’ve played all of them.

2014 & 2015 will be the reigning era for horror games. Even AAA titles are adopting the Amnesia formula which is only a good thing for gamers. Out with the COD and In with the Amnsia :P
