It’s no secret that 2013 was a fantastic year to be an indie developer. Steam Greenlight, Kickstarter, Indiegogo, and the very indie-friendly Ouya console, among others, all helped make it easier than ever to make a game and find an audience for it. These new resources also raised the quality of games we saw last year, resulting in an array of incredible indie horror games that can stand up to projects from established developers.
