2. Leprechaun
The original Leprechaun, while hardly a classic in horror cinema, is still one of the better entries in the franchise. And it has something that the other film’s don’t: Jennifer Aniston. Now, I’m not saying Aniston’s acting is good in this film (though she does the best with the material she’s given), but I find it supremely entertaining to see a current star in one of their early roles, especially if it’s in a bad movie. Her presence elevates the film. There aren’t really any creative deaths, but it is definitely an original idea. Out of all the films in the series, it’s one of the better ones.
