1. Leprechaun 3
My absolute favorite film in the series has to be Leprechaun 3, if only because of this scene:
Seriously though, this was Leprechaun at it’s finest (if there is such a thing). The film finds the Leprechaun in Vegas in an attempt to (what else?) find his gold. Along the way he bites poor Scott, who then starts to go through a werewolf-like transformation into a Leprechaun. There’s a subplot with the casino employees robbing him (you already saw how that turned out) but ultimately, this is the franchise really embracing its campiness and having some legitimate fun with its premise. The new setting of Vegas is a nice twist that allows for some creative set pieces as well. It also added in the plot point about having characters’ wishes turn against them, which was fun to watch.
