Grace (2009)
Grace was one of my favorite movies from 2009. Jordan Ladd plays a mother whose husband and unborn child die in a car accident. She still decides to carry the baby to term, but when she gives birth it is mysteriously alive again and has a thirst for blood. It doesn’t play out exactly like you would expect, and Ladd is mesmerizing in the lead role.
