Willow Creek (2013)
Willow Creek got a lot of hate and I’m not sure why. At an extremely brief 77 minutes (including credits), it flies by. The first 50 or so minutes follows lead couple Kellie and Jim as they attempt to film a documentary on Bigfoot. Then the last 25 minutes are some of the most intense moments on film from last year (just wait till you get to the 19-minute single take inside the tent). Again, this will be a polarizing inclusion on this list, but I think it’s a great movie.
