28 Days Later – “Hannah, I love you very much…”
I loved Brendon Gleason’s character “Frank” in this movie. He started out as a pure badass in riot gear and very quickly turned out to be one of those people that’s described as, “the nicest guy you’ll ever meet.” His love for his daughter was very clear and he was nothing but kind and loving towards Jim and Selena.
His final act as a father was to tell his daughter that he loved her and then push her away to keep her safe. It’s beyond touching, especially when you consider he knows how terrifying the transformation is, which he will be facing in mere moments.
