Bram Stoker’s Dracula (1992)
Francis Ford Coppola’s Bram Stoker’s Dracula may be the first film that comes to mind when mentioning Gothic horror films, especially since the novel it’s based on is one of the trademarks of the genre. While the film is great, the production design is the real star of the film. Dracula’s castle is a marvel to behold and every frame oozes with suspense. If you want a lesson in modern Gothic horror, start with this film.
