Testicle Removal – The Human Centipede 3 (Final Sequence)
Tom Six went all out with the third and (hopefully) final installment of his ass-to-mouth trilogy. Not only does it contain a dream sequence in which Dieter Laser’s character gets raped in his kidney(!), but it also features a graphic depiction of Laser cutting out a prison inmate’s (Robert LaSardo, of Nip/Tuck fame) testicles and washing his face in the blood from the scrotum. It’s about as unpleasant to watch as watching the whole movie.
