Notorious for it’s delayed release schedule (the thing didn’t see a release until seven years after its production ended), The Poughkeepsie Tapes will really get under the skin. While many of the actors in the documentary part of the film deliver cringe-worthy performances, the titular tapes are the reason to stick around for The Poughkeepsie Tapes. They contain some pretty disturbing footage that will make you want to take a shower afterwards.
