The Den
This was one of the biggest surprises to come out of 2014. The Den is utterly frightening. The majority of the film is told using webcams form people in the chatroom that lends the film its title, and it uses the format almost perfectly. If you were turned off by the silliness of Unfriended, give The Den a watch. It offers a bit more “serious horror” than that mainstream release.
