Scott Patterson – Luke Danes
Outside of Lauren Graham and Alexis Bledel, Scott Patterson probably had the biggest role on Gilmore Girls. He’s one of seven cast members to appear in all 154 episodes of the show and he too will be back for the Netflix mini-series. From the first episode on it’s clear that Patterson’s Luke is meant to be with Graham’s Lorelai. They have their issues throughout but the shows ends with them on a high note and I have to imagine the mini-series picks up with them nearing their 10th wedding anniversary.
For horror fans Patterson is mostly likely known for his role as Agent Peter Strahm in the Saw franchise but his genre roots go all the way back to 1994 with the TV movie Alien Nation: Dark Horizon. He followed that up two years later with another alien TV movie in Them. Apparently young Scott Patterson had a thing for aliens. Patterson’s genre experience pretty much ends there, but still not bad!
