8. The Venus Flytrap (Saw II)

The flytrap (a metal helmet split vertically with spikes on the inside) itself isn’t what’s so awful about this particular trap, it’s the fact that Michael Marks (Noam Jenkins) has to get the key to it out from behind his eyeball. Armed with a scalpel, Marks is unable to slice into his eye and the trap closes on his head. Call me crazy, but I think it’s better than having to cut your eye out. It was probably an instant death.
