5. The Rib Ripper (Saw III)

This one sucks because there was no way for Detective Allison Kerry (Dina Meyer) to get out of it. She had to pull a key out of a vat of acid in order to unlock the trap that was hooked into her rib cage. Said key didn’t even fit the lock, and her ribs were promptly ripped out of her chest.
