Modders are a quirky bunch. They come up with some awesome ideas, but also happen to come up with some really odd and disturbing ones. Case in point: When modders got ahold of The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, they replaced the dragons in the game with the legendary “Macho Man” Randy Savage (complete with voices). Then they went one step further and replaced the dragons with Thomas The Tank Engine.
And now, they’ve done the same thing with Capcom’s Monster Hunter World.
Hot on the heels of the Iceborne expansion announcement, the Thomas the Eater of Elder Dragons mod by UberGrainy comes along to terrify. Out is the elder dragon Nergigante, and in is the soulless smile and stare of a locomotive. Oh, he has no animation, and his hitboxes are the same as Nergigante. Have fun trying to figure out where to hit him.
