Cheap Thrills
So I figured I’d start this off with a tough one. I did like Cheap Thrills. I just didn’t think it was great. It was most definitely a victim of over-hype for me, which I realize isn’t the movie’s fault. It still made for a rather underwhelming experience for me. I did like all of the performances and the movie definitely had its share of gross-out moments, but it just never really went all the way for me. I also never found its dark sense of humor that particularly funny. I don’t know, call me a Scrooge if you must. I just thought this was a pretty disappointing movie.
