10. Ginny Field (Amy Steel) – Friday the 13th Part 2
Sorry, but you will not be seeing Alice Hardy from Friday the 13th on this list because Ginny has her beat. She’s definitely smarter than Alice, evidenced by the fact that she comes up with a brilliantly silly plan to convince Jason that she is his mother, by putting on her sweater. When that fails (because Pamela’s head is sitting on an altar right behind her), she manages to exhibit her brute strength by hacking into his shoulder with a machete to incapacitate him. As tough as she was, I’ll always remember her as the final girl that peed her pants when she was hiding under the bed. Talk about realism.
