Laurie Strode is the ultimate final girl. What else is there to say about her? First of all, let’s pretend that Halloween: Resurrection never happened, okay? Okay. Laurie Strode is not dead. She is actually living a very happy life and went on to star in a Ryan Murphy horror comedy TV series, but I digress. Laurie Strode set the standard for all final girls that came after her. She was virginal, she was kind and embodies every trait that the final girl should have. Laurie is undoubtedly the first person people think of when they hear the term “final girl,” and for good reason.
