Cub

Cub is a solid argument for how effective a trailer can be in a shorter-than-usual 90 seconds. When marketing a foreign language film, you either have to break down and use dialogue scenes with subtitles or be mysterious. Cub is super mysterious. You get the idea that it’s about a Boy Scout camping tripe gone horribly wrong, but you’re not exactly sure how. The Boy Scout song playing over all of the horrifying clips is especially disturbing.
