Best Blu-rays of 2015: The Singles Edition!

2. Dressed to Kill (Criterion, Region A)

Brian DePalma may be the only director that feels universally praised but also somehow underrated. I’m not sure if that makes sense, but that’s how I feel. At any rate I love DePalma and Dressed to Kill might be his best film. Any time you get more DePalma on Criterion that’s a good thing, but this one didn’t start off so well. The first pressing had some issues with the color and for the first time ever it looked like maybe Criterion was going to drop the ball. But have no fear, Criterion quickly addressed the probably, delayed the release a little bit to make a fix and then released an incredible Blu-ray. Get this one now!
