THE CONJURING
I might be a little biased here, since my producer on ATTICUS, Peter Safran, also produced this film, but I honestly don’t think that factors into my opinion all that much. Quite simply, THE CONJURING was one of the scariest films I’ve seen in a really long time. And while it wasn’t necessarily a possession movie per se, it did involve that crazy-ass scene at the end with Lilly Taylor speaking in that – well, you know – that voice that scares cavemen (and modern men and women, too).
