The Lizzie Borden House (Fall River, MA)
Everyone knows the famous rhyme about Lizzie Borden, but did you know that her house is now a Bed & Breakfast in Massachusetts? Lizzie’s mother Abby was struck in the head with a hatchet 20 times and her father Andrew was struck 10 or 11 times. Lizzie was eventually acquitted for their murders, but many people still believe her to be the culprit.
