The Amityville Horror House (Amityville, NY)
This house is arguably the most famous one on the list, gaining notoriety when Ronald DeFeo murdered his father, mother, two brothers and two sisters at the urging of the voices in his head.. It eventually inspired the book and films The Amityville Horror after George and Kathy Lutze moved into the house with their two children and (supposedly) began experiencing supernatural occurrences. The house still stands to this day, and gathers a lot of sightseers, which apparently greatly annoys the citizens of Amityville.
