American Mary (2012)
The Soska Sisters have yet to recapture the brilliance of American Mary, the Katherine Isabelle-starring film about a medical student who is drugged and raped by one of her teachers at a party, and proceeds to perform body modification surgeries on him. Isabelle is a force to be reckoned with in the role, and the Soska Sisters (or Twisted Twins, as they are wont to be called) display a surprising amount of confidence behind the camera for being such newcomers (at the time) to the film industry.
