Roy Kinnear – The Last Return of the Three Musketeers
Also known as Mr. Salt in Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory, Kinnear’s death took place on the set of the second sequel to The Three Musketeers in Madrid in 1988. After falling from a horse during rehearsals, Kinnear broke his pelvis and died the next day from a heart attack. His role was completed using a stand-in filmed from behind.
