George Camilleri – Troy
Cammilleri was a bodybuilding extra on Troy. He broke his leg one day on set while filming an action sequence. He was taken care of at a hospital later that day but suffered a heart attack a few days later due to a blood clot in his leg. After surviving the first heart attack and being treated, he suffered another heart attack, resulting in his death.
