Steve Irwin – Ocean’s Deadliest
While filming this documentary, Irwin (“The Crocodile Hunter”) was stung directly in the heart by a stingray while snorkeling in the Great Barrier Reef. He was pronounced dead at the scene. His death was supposedly the only death by stingray ever caught on film; copies of the film have presumably been destroyed since.
