Hellbound: Hellraiser II
While the original Hellraiser is an iconic film, Hellbound takes everything that film did and turns it up to 11. It’s a lot gorier (that bug hallucination scene still gets me) and has a great villain. Some people hate the fact that Pinhead is a victim in this film, but it’s actually a pretty interesting (and unexpected) turn of events. Seeing Kirsty having to work with Pinhead (to destroy Dr. Channard and the succubus known as Julia Cotton is incredibly entertaining. Hellbound is just a whole lot of fun, and even more terrifying that the original.
