Memories of Murder (Joon-Ho Bong, 2005) – Two brutal local policemen and a special agent from Seoul investigate the case of serial rapes and murders in 1986… It’s a spoiler, but this is a rare serial killer film without a solution. I love Joon-Ho Bong for his great sci-fi parable Snowpiercer (2013), but Memories of Murder is a good detective drama, a must-see for any fans of genre.
