Cure (Kiyoshi Kurosawa, 1997) – The series of similar murders was shocking Tokyo: every time the easy-to-catch killers are some new person, however the style of murders and some details are very similar… The Japanese response to Elements of Crime – the same noir-ish, rainy and dark mood. Not violent, but really scary.
