15.) The Cannibal Man
A Spanish horror about a guy who accidentally kills his cab driver in self-defense, then kills his girlfriend due to being a witness, and then just keeps killing as a domino effect was surprisingly not really gory at all. The guy worked at a slaughterhouse, which was pretty much the sole source of the film’s gore. There’s not really any reason for its inclusion on the list other than its inexplicable inclusion of ‘cannibal’ in the title. Somehow, this one was successfully prosecuted and banned.
