With the home video release being the same cut as the theatrical release, trimmed of about one minute of content, this Video Nasty was ultimately not prosecuted and dropped from the list soon after. The uncut version was broadcast in 1989 by ITV, which caused them to get censured by the Broadcasting Standards Council for not clearing this version for release. Starring Michael Ironside as a creep that stalks a news reporter, and includes William Shatner as the reporter’s boss, it’s not quite clear what made this one pop up on the DPP’s radar in the first place.
