35.) Frozen Scream
Mad university scientists experiment with cryogenics on their students, turning them into frozen zombies. The plot sounds a lot cooler (pun intended) then it really is, thanks to terrible acting and low budget, cheesy effects. There’s not much in the way of gore, either, but the scene that features a stabbing of the eye may be what landed this one on the list. It was dropped from the list, and never prosecuted, but it never saw re-release either.
