A woman with a deformed, demented twin sister uses her mean Rottweiler in a killer spree during the woman’s birthday party. Madhouse was both prosecuted and banned thanks to its closeup of the dog getting killed and a death by axe. It never saw a theatrical release, but it did get passed for an uncut home release in 2004.
