A prison exploitation movie that featured a demented doctor performing shock therapy on the inmates featured a lot of female nudity, as was typical of women-in-prison movies. Not gory at all, and not exactly the most coherent in storytelling (it doesn’t even bother to end), this was hardly the offensive movie you’d expect based on the title. And it was the title that landed this in the DPP crosshairs, though the film was dropped from the list eventually.
